Alander Wong — Hong Kong

"Typography is really important in Photo Quote. After thinking up an appropriate quote, the image of the typography just seemed to appear. I would make some adjustments to the original fonts, or a hand-made font to match the photo, even using hand-writing sometimes. It depended on my mood at the time, this affected the style of Photo Quote every day."

Some people use words and others use photos to capture the memorable moments of their life, but 27-year-old designer Alander Wong decided to combine the two and make a very special journal of his own. A graduate of the Hong Kong Art School, he majored in graphic design then gained professional design experience through working as a graphic designer at CoDesign and I.T Apparels.
