Danny Yount - Prologue Films (New York, USA)
The joy of conferences? Traveling and meeting great people. I need inspiration like everyone else so that’s what I like to do get re-energized. I also get to learn so much from the other presenters and sometimes see old friends.
A self-taught designer, Danny Yount has exercised his natural talents to become one of today’s leading main-title designers for film and television. At Prologue Films, he has designed and directed many notable feature-film main titles – Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, which the Hollywood Reporter called "a title sequence worthy of the late Saul Bass", Iron Man, which was featured in Creativity magazine's Top Five, and Tron Legacy end-titles as well as hologram VFX in Ironman 2, which have been recognised as the new industry standard since Minority Report.

Debaser - David Homer, Aaron Hayward (Sydney, Australia)
The joy of conferences? Getting to reveal all the dodgy little secrets about how we make our work. We pointed out bits of sticky tape holding parts of things we photographed together, all the little bits and pieces that are considered mistakes, but which we think makes the work look great.
Andy Fackrell - 180 Amsterdam (Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
I really enjoyed Semi Permanent more than the others, because I had practised a few times what I was actually going to say. So it felt more relaxed than previous speeches that had scared the crap out of me.
Alexia Sinclair (Sydney, Australia)
Meeting all of the other amazing speakers from around the globe; many of whom are still friends of mine today.
Superfad - Justin Leibow (Los Angeles, New York, Seattle, USA)
The joy of conferences? Presenting publicly is a distinct opportunity to fail greatly or connect significantly with a very supportive crowd. It is electric.
The joy of conferences? The cold chill of adrenalin before talking in front of 2500 of your peers and the sweet relief of people laughing/clapping in the right places.
Tin&ed / Tin Nguyen, Edward Cutting (Melbourne, Australia)
The most fun thing about being a speaker was meeting the other speakers and also meeting some of the audience afterwards!
