KOMBOH – Michael W. Mateyko, Hans B. Thiessen — Calgary, Canada

The main body of their design work comprises branding, promotional pieces, editorial work and publication design. The two are inspired by the absurd nature of the human condition and create delightfully whimsical works with straightforward, clean and unpretentious appearances.

Hailing from Calgary in Canada, Komboh is a dynamic creative collective founded by Hans B. Thiessen and Michael W. Matekyo. Both of them are talented illustrators as well as graphic designers and their youthful enthusiasm has created a harmonious balance in print design alongside an active illustration practice.
